Service refers to the Website and the QHHT® sessions offered through it.
Website refers to Virginia’s official website through which information, bookings, and communications are provided.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service.
Device means any device that can access the Service, including a computer, mobile phone, or tablet.

The services provided by Virginia, including Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® (QHHT®) sessions, are non-medical, non-therapeutic, and non-diagnostic in nature.
QHHT® sessions:
Do not constitute medical advice
Do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care
Do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition
Virginia is not a licensed medical professional, psychologist, psychiatrist, or healthcare provider.
You acknowledge and agree that:
You must continue all prescribed medications and treatments
You should consult licensed healthcare professionals for medical or mental health concerns
You will not delay or avoid medical treatment based on information or experiences from a session
Participation is voluntary and at Your own discretion.
By booking or attending a session, You confirm that:
You understand the spiritual and experiential nature of QHHT®
You accept full responsibility for Your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing
You understand that outcomes and experiences are subjective and not guaranteed
You release the Company from liability related to personal interpretations or outcomes
Session fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided once a session has been completed.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a session if it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or outside the scope of services offered.
If You opt in, We may send SMS messages related to:
Booking confirmations
Appointment reminders
Service-related updates
Limited promotional or informational messages
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message.
Message and data rates may apply depending on Your carrier and plan.
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

The Company makes no guarantee regarding:
Results or outcomes
Accuracy of subjective experiences
Continuous availability of the Website
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
EU consumers retain any mandatory consumer protections under local law.
You agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting the Company before pursuing legal action.
You represent that You are not located in a country subject to U.S. sanctions and are not listed on any restricted or prohibited party list.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
